We connect collectors from all over the world by offering dioramas for their airports. We are a registered manufacturer and exporter of our products, which we ship to almost every country in the world.

How we dispatch?

Choose a delivery tailored to your needs

We carry out deliveries in cooperation with DPD, FedEx, UPS and the Polish Post Office. We always pack in an environmentally friendly way that allows us to recycle the packaging into paper and plastic. We dispatch all parcels at points to which we carry parcels on foot.

Delivery methods

Standard delivery

Carried out by postal companies. Delivery cost depends on the weight of the parcel. Delivery time: 5-30 working days. 

Priority delivery

Delivery by standard courier service. Only available to selected countries. Delivery time: 3-15 days. 

Express delivery

Delivery by premium courier service. Delivery time: 2-7 days. 

Payment methods

New payment systems coming soon!

PayPal - Convenient payment system for seamless account transactions. Possibility to pay by card without having a bank account.

Bank transfer - We accept payments in EUR or PLN. Select manual payment and we will send you an email with the information to make the transfer.

Payments in other currencies - Select the manual payment option and when you receive an email from us, let us know that you are interested in paying in another currency e.g. USD. We will then prepare a link for payment via PayPal.

Returns of orders

Returns of orders for consideration are limited and possible in exceptional circumstances. This is due to the fact that most of our sets are produced to order and EU law allows us to limit the possibility of returns When we accept returns:

Return of an unpacked product (Full refund)
Return of partially unpacked product (Full refund or partial refund reduced by the cost of damaged packaging).

Return of products is at the customer's expense. Returns are not possible for products marked as made-to-order only and custom designs. If there are any problems with the product or delivery, please feel free to contact us and make a complaint. We are always happy to help.
